Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is processed when you use the Golf & Beach La Alcaidesa Terrace guest portal.

Data controller: The property host operating this guest portal. Contact via the reservation message thread.
Data collected: Name, email, phone number, reservation dates, and guest count provided during the booking or Check-in Scan process.
Purpose: Facilitate your stay — guest registration, access codes, Wi-Fi, cleaning service bookings, and direct communication with the host.
Payment data: Credit card payments for the cleaning service are processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies: We use minimal cookies: Stripe sets session cookies for payment processing, and we store your language preference locally. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Data retention: Reservation data is retained for up to 45 days after checkout, or longer where required by applicable law (e.g., tax records).
Your rights: Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Contact the host through the reservation message thread to exercise these rights.
Data sharing: We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with Stripe (payment processing) and Check-in Scan (guest registration) solely for the purposes described above.

This guest guide is operated by the host of Golf & Beach La Alcaidesa Terrace, located in La Alcaidesa, San Roque (Cádiz), Spain.

The property is registered as a short-term tourist rental in accordance with Andalusian tourism regulations. For direct inquiries, please use the reservation message thread or contact the host through the booking platform.

Payment Terms — Cleaning Service

The optional cleaning service can be booked by confirmed guests through this portal. Payment is processed via Stripe in Euros (€).

Standard cleaning (€60): General tidying, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning.
Deep cleaning (€90): Thorough clean including inside cabinets, oven, fridge, windows, and blinds.
Payment: Full payment is charged at the time of booking via credit/debit card through Stripe Checkout.
Cancellation: Cleaning bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Contact the host through the reservation message thread.
Refunds: If the cleaning cannot be performed due to circumstances on the host's side, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Access: By booking cleaning, you agree to allow the cleaning professional access to the property on the scheduled date during reasonable hours.
